Shipping in Switzerland
We offer free tracked shipping within Switzerland. We ship our parcels via the Swiss Post. Orders typically ship within 48 hours. Please bear in mind that the processing and delivery times for La Poste may vary.
You are also free to come and pick up your order in person in Geneva. Send us a mail to schedule a meeting.
Shipping to the rest of the world
We offer free tracked shipping worldwide. We ship our parcels via DHL or UPS. Your order will be delivered by your local postal service. Orders typically ship within 48 hours. Please bear in mind that the processing and delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
Customs & Import Duties
We have no control over the custom charges in the destination country and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns
Return policy
We sincerely hope you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order, please do so within 14 days of delivery. Ensure that items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that pierced earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs
Returning your order
To return an order, please fill out the form below and we will send you a printable return label by e-mail. Please note, this is not a prepaid label. We advise using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot assume responsibility for any returned parcels that may be lost during transit.
